Valgroup has a laboratory to analyse the chemistry and physics of both raw materials and finished products so as to ensure the highest quality and functionality of the moulded preforms.

The production process is aided by several automated systems, such as anthropomorphic robots to preform octabins, laser-guided vehicles (LGVs) which serve machines, warehouses and loading and, finally, two automated warehouses to manage the finished preforms. This set-up ensures flexibility, efficiency and space optimisation while completely respecting the hygienic conditions of the product environment.
